Ken C. Amron is the president of K C Consultants Group, LLC. He has 35 years of professional and management experience working with GE, Philips, MetLife, Prudential, and Toys “R” Us. Ken is also the founder and president of K C Computer Consultants, established in 1989.

Ken earned his Post MBA in E-Commerce at Rutgers Business School and his MBA in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He served as a Management Counselor for the Small Business Development Center (SBA) advising entrepreneurial ventures. At GE Capital, he completed the Six Sigma Quality Green Belt Training Certification. 

Ken achieved Gemba Academy Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt Certifications, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification. Ken was a CODiE Awards Judge with the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) evaluating the best project management solution. 

Ken is a regular guest lecturer on Six Sigma methodologies at Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and Labor Relations.
